中药师开展药学服务对降低中药不良反应发生率的影响

Effect of pharmacist care on reducing the incidence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:研究中药师开展药学服务对降低中药不良反应发生率的影响。方法:选择进行中药治疗的患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采取常规治疗及护理方法,观察组在此基础上由中药师开展药学服务。对比两组患者用药期间中药不良反应发生率和两组患者的满意度。结果:观察组中药不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(3.33%vs 26.67%,P <0.05),总满意率显著高于对照组(93.33%vs 66.67,P <0.05)。结论:在中药治疗中,通过中药师开展药学服务,能够提高用药准确性,减少中药不良反应,保证患者的用药安全。

Objective:To study the effect of pharmaceutical care conducted by pharmacists on reducing the incidence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:Sixty patients treated with TCM were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group was given pharmaceutical care by TCM practitioners on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of ADRs was significantly lower(3.33%vs 26.67%,P<0.05)and the total satisfaction rate was significantly higher(93.33%vs 66.67,P<0.05)in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,pharmaceutical care provided by TCM practitioners can improve the accuracy of drug use,reduce adverse reactions of TCM and ensure the safety of drug use of patients.
