溶剂—超声波法提取石榴皮中总多酚的工艺考察及体外清除DPPH自由基的研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过单因素试验和正交试验确定石榴皮中总多酚的最佳提取工艺,并以DPPH自由基清除率为指标,进行总多酚的体外清除自由基试验。最佳提取条件为时间30 min,乙醇浓度50%,温度30℃,根据该条件进行试验,得总多酚含量为5. 889 mg/g。体外清除DPPH自由基的试验表明总多酚含量越高,清除率越高,抗氧化活性越强。当总多酚的含量为0. 631 g/mL时,清除率为56. 62%。研究发现,提取工艺条件不同,总多酚的含量亦有变化,对提取工艺进行优化具有必要性。 The optimum extraction process of total polyphenols from pomegranate peel was determined by single factor test and orthogonal test,and with the clearance rate as the index to study the scavenging DPPH activity of total polyphenols in vitro.The optimum extraction conditions were time for 30 min,50%ethanol and 30℃of extraction temperature,under the conditions,the content of total polyphenols were 5.889 mg/g,the highest of all the conditions;the results showed that the higher the total polyphenols content in pomegranate peel,the better the clearance,when the concentration of total polyphenols were 0.631 g/mL,the clearance rate was 56.62%.Conclusion,Solvent-ultrasonic method can be used to extract total polyphenols from pomegranate peel and total polyphenols in pomegranate peel have certain antioxidant activity in vitro.
