摘要
从江香猪是全国稀有的微型猪种,具备开发药物代谢模型的良好基础.本文旨在研究利福平对从江香猪肝脏、十二指肠、皮肤、肾脏、胃、心脏、肺、大脑和脊髓CYP3A29 mRNA表达的影响,以期从基因转录的诱导层面评估从江香猪用作药物代谢模型的可行性.结果表明,利福平给药不改变从江香猪各组织CYP3A29 mRNA的表达,从诱导层面评估从江香猪用作药物代谢模型尚需增加其他诱导剂试验.
Congjiang Xiang-pig is a rare species of miniature pig in China.It has a good basis for animal model of drug metabolism.The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of rifampicin on the expression of CYP3A29 mRNA in liver,duodenum,skin,kidney,stomach,heart,lung,brain and spinalcord of Congjiang Xiang-pigs,so as to evaluate the feasibility of Congjiang Xiang-pig as a drug metabolism model from the induction level of CYP gene transcription.The results showed that rifampicin did not change the expression levers of CYP3A29 mRNA in all tissues of Congjiang Xiang-pig,and it was necessary to add other inducers tests to evaluate the drug metabolism model of Congjiang Xiang-pig from the induction level.
