摘要
针对大水头改扩建矿井风流流动路线长、通风阻力过大、风网不平衡、通风机不匹配等问题,在东西两翼选定路线进行矿井通风阻力测定,根据测定结果评价矿井通风系统存在的问题,在基于均衡通风原理的基础上提出了改扩建矿井通风系统优化方案。通过现场实测结果和计算通风网络解算模拟实施效果,近一步提出2018至2020采区逐年优化方案,使矿井通风总阻力增长最小化,风网近一步趋于平衡和优化,有效保证矿井产量。
According to the problems of long air flow route,large ventilation resistance,unbalanced network,unmatched fan in Dashuitou Coal Mine reconstruction,by the way of ventilation resistance mensuration on the selected route in the west-east two wings,the author proposed the evaluation and optimization scheme based on the the principle of balanced ventilation.According to the result of field measurement and numerical simulation by computer calculating the ventilation network,the authors further puts forward to the optimization scheme of mining areas in 2018-2020,effectively will replace the coal to minimize the growth of the total resistance of the mine ventilation,the wind network will tend to balance and optimize,effectively ensuring the mine output.
