摘要
本试验选取提取时间、提取次数、提取溶剂3个因素进行槲蕨超声波黄酮含量提取试验研究,结果表明:提取时间20min、提取次数1次、提取溶剂浓度为65%乙醇时,槲蕨超声波提取黄酮含量最高,希望能为槲蕨整个黄酮提取工艺奠定基础。
The test selection of extraction time,extraction times and three factors of extraction solvent for it fern,experimental study on ultrasound extraction flavonoids content results showed that 20 min ex traction time,extraction times 1 time,concentration of extraction solvent was 65%ethanol,it fern ultra sonic extracting flavonoids content is the highest,hope it can fern the flavonoids extraction technology to lay the foundation.
