随着经济的不断发展,高等学校的大学生对获得知识的途径要求越来越多样化,就业指导工作的开展也需要多样化的模式,不断进行改革,本文主要分析高等院校就业指导发展的现状,总结了现今就业指导课在发展过程中存在的问题,最后,提出利用慕课教学模式对就业指导课程的教学创新优势。

With the continuous development of the economy,college students need more and more di versified ways to obtain knowledge,and the employment guidance work needs to be carried out in a di versified mode.The reform continues.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of employment guidance development in institutions of higher learning.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the course of development of the employment guidance course,and finally puts forward the teaching innovation advantage of the application of the teaching mode of the education.
