基层农作物种子质量监督抽查的科学性,对于种子质量的保障有很大的影响。基于此,本文将针对基层农作物种子质量监督抽查错误状况进行分析,进而提出了部分程序可简化、检验性质问题可委托、复验处理不采用容许误差等误区,希望可以促进基层农作物种子质量监督抽查措施的改善。

The scientific quality supervision and spot check of grassroots crop seeds has a great impact on the guarantee of seed quality.Based on this,this paper will analyze the errors of the grass-roots crop seed quality supervision and spot check,and then put forward some mistakes,such as some procedures can be simplified,the nature of the inspection can be entrusted,the reinspection process does not use allowable errors,etc.,in the hope of promoting the improvement of the grass-roots crop seed quality supervision and spot check measures.
