地方政府对幼儿园的实际支持与幼儿园的期望支持之间的差异研究

On Difference Between Local Government's Support and Kindergartens' Expectation for Support

虽然国家对学前教育总体支持状况有了很大改善,但研究表明地方政府对幼儿园支持依旧不能满足其需求。研究以四川省南充市为例,通过对该地区市辖3区和其中4县教育局分管学前教育的相关人员7名,以及3区4县公民办园各1所共14位园长,就地方政府对幼儿园的实际支持状况和幼儿园期望地方政府支持幼儿园状况进行访谈,对收集的信息进行整理分析后发现,地方政府实际支持教育资源与公办园期望差异较小,与民办园期望差异较大。对此,建议地方政府应结合实际情况与幼儿园的合理期望采取有针对性的支持措施,使有限的教育资源物尽其用,尽可能促进公民办园同步发展。

Although there is great improvement in the country's support for preschool education,the research shows that the local governments'support for kindergartens cannot meet the need.This research,taking Nanchong City as an example,interviews 7 education bureau staffs and 14 kindergarten leaders of three districts and four counties.It finds that there is little difference between the local government's support and the expectation of public kindergartens,while there is huge difference between the local government's support and the expectation of private kindergartens as far as educational resources are concerned.Therefore,the local government should take into account the actual situation with the reasonable expectation of kindergartens,adopting targeted measures,making full use of limited educational resources,promoting the equitable development of public and private kindergartens.
