摘要
以北京簋街为案例,选取百度旅游网的评论文本为数据,采用内容分析法研究旅游者在美食街区旅游消费过程中的旅游体验感知特征。研究表明:旅游者的正面感知大于负面感知,满意度较高,旅游者满意度与食物的种类、味道及等待时间相关;旅游者旅游动机主要有追求美食、社交需要及休闲放松等;旅游者的美食偏好为川菜及北京本帮菜。基于网络文本的美食街区旅游体验研究对美食街区的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper conducted a case study of Guijie of Beijing based on travel notes collected from https://lvyou.baidu.com.Content analysis method was adopted to study visitors'experience perception features during the consuming process in gourmet blocks.The results showed that visitors had a higher degree of satisfaction,and the positive perception was greater than negative one.The degree of visitors'satisfaction is related to the taste and categories of food and waiting time.The motivations of visitors mainly include seeking food,the need for social contacts,and relaxation.Food preference of visitors stays with Sichuan cuisine and Beijing cuisine.The study on traveling experience of gourmet blocks based on internet texts can provide reference for the development of gourmet blocks.
