摘要
ESI为当前的"双一流"建设提供了科学的学术评估手段,但没有高校图书馆基于其构建学科服务。嵌入式学科服务模式具有基于用户体验而延伸出的多种特征,以及"物理空间+虚拟空间"模式、"嵌入图书馆员"模式、"虚拟空间"模式3种模式。基于ESI,应当选择第一种模式,并遵从科学性原则、资源最大化原则、单一个体原则予以模式构建与优化。在"物理空间"的构建上,应当引入"嵌入图书馆员",在内部和外部予以完善;在"虚拟空间"的构建上,应当实现个人ESI、科研社区和学术共同体、学术助手和新闻推送;在模式优化上,提出地域服务和结合高校运行机制的优化策略。
ESI provides a scientific assessment method for the current“Double First-Rate”plan.However,Chinese academic libraries haven’t constructed any ESI-based embedded academic librarianship.At present,there are three models of user-oriented embedded academic librarianship,i.e.,“physical space+virtual space”,“embedded librarians”and“virtual space”.It is proposed to choose the first model of“physical space+virtual space”.But the first model should be optimized,following the principles of scientificity,resource maximization,and single individual,so as to serve both universities and local society.As for the construction of‘physical space’,‘embedded librarians’should be introduced to improve its internal and external attractiveness.As for the construction of‘virtual space’,such functions as individual ESIs,scientific research communities and academic communities,academic assistants and news pushers should be realized.
