Communication Design of Fire Linkage Window Control System in Modern Buildings

摘要 针对现代建筑中广泛存在的电动窗开启控制箱都为单一控制、不能群控或联动问题,提供了一种解决方案。该方案涉及的系统由工控触摸屏和以STM32F103单片机为核心的"日常开启消防排烟控制箱"组成。单片机与工控触摸屏通过Modbus协议实现通信。介绍了上述系统的通信实现、主从控制、下位机联动、上位机监控。测试结果表明该系统可实现对建筑消防控制箱的集成化管理,具有操作简单、效率高、发应及时的优点。 This work provides a solution to the problem which is widely existed in modern buildings:the electric window opening control box only has single control but no group control or linkage.The system involved in this solution consists of an industrial control touch screen and a“daily opening fire and smoke control box”with STM32F103single chip as the core.The MCU and the industrial control touch screen communicate through the Modbus protocol.The communication implementation,master-slave control,lower-position linkage,and upper-machine monitoring of the above system are introduced.The test results show that this system can realize the integrated management of the building fire control box,and has the advantages of simple operation,high efficiency and timely response.
