In the Marxism doctrine,there exists a famous argument for the all-round development of people.In addition,the theory of all-round development of people exactly fits the collective wisdom of the Chinese Communist Party,significantly contributes to the current criticism on ill-prevailing customs of the society,and effectively guides the ideological and political education in universities.Based on the theory of people's all-round development,the education significance is analyzed briefly,and more focuses are placed on the paths for the innovation of ideological and political education in order to provide valuable references for college education staff.
