摘要
外语教学的后方法研究提出了大学外语教学的"特定性",给大学英语教师专业能力的提升提供了一个平台。文章从大学英语教学"特定性"的角度,从知识结构的更新、对学生的研究、教学法的更新和职业素养的提升等方面提出了大学英语教师专业能力提升的基本途径——做反思型教师和融入团队合作。
Specification,one of the post-approach theory of foreign language teaching,provides a forum for the raising of college English teacher’s professional ability.Based on the“specification”of post-approach theory,the paper intends to explore two main ways to raise college English teachers’professional ability-being a reflective teacher and fitting into cooperation from the perspective of the renewing of knowledge and teaching method,the research on students and raising professional charm.
