高职院校国际化人才培养模式探析

A Study on Training Mode for International Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

经济全球化背景下,高职院校强化国际化人才培养尤为必要。当前,高职院校的国际化人才培养工作在培养目标、课程和专业设置、师资力量以及国际化合作项目层次方面存在一定的问题。为此,文章提出了如下有效开展国际化人才培养的对策:不断创新理念,营造良好氛围;坚持特色办学,推动内涵发展;资源整合,提高办学效率。

It is of great necessity for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the cultivation of internationalized talents under the background of economic globalization.However,there exist some problems in this field in terms of training objectives,curriculum and specialty settings,teachers'quality,and international cooperation projects.Therefore,we should adhere to the characteristics of running schools and the development of connotation;.In addition,great importance should be attached to the integration of resources to improve efficiency in running schools.
