"微信民主"是一种平台创新的民主,也是一种内容创新的民主和治理重心下移的社会民主。"微信民主"所涵盖的民主协商功能、民主投票功能、民主动员功能以及民主监督功能能够促进小区治理步入新境界。由于"微信民主"是一个新生事物,它还存在语言暴力化、参与寡头化、职能缺失化等问题。这些问题叠加在一起,又构成当下小区治理的多重困境。为了走出困境,亟需对上述问题进行解决并实现小区治理的功能优化。

"WeChat democracy"is a kind of new democracy based on platform and content innovation.It is also a kind of social democracy with the role of governance moving from administration into general public.The functions of democratic consultation,democratic voting,democratic mobilization and democratic supervision covered by″WeChat democracy″are able to push community governance to a new level.As a new matter,″WeChat democracy″still has problems such as language violence,oligopoly and lack of duty.These problems are stacked together and constitute multiple predicaments of current community governance.In order to get rid of the dilemmas,it is urgent to solve these problems and realize the functional optimization of community governance.
