基于AGIL模型的当代高校团学组织发展对策研究

On the Development Strategies of the Communist Youth League Organization in Contemporary Colleges and Universities Based on AGIL Model

我国高校各级团学组织是在校党委领导下发挥学生自主管理、自主服务以及自主教育效能的重要平台,也是思想政治教育工作的主要阵地[1]。基于美国著名社会学家塔尔科特·帕森斯提出的AGIL模型,以适应、达鹄、整合、维模四项功能为依据,分析了我国高校的团学组织建设的结构功能和发展导向,提出了团学组织创新发展的对策,对高校思想政治工作的开展具有一些借鉴意义。

Youth league organizations at all levels of colleges and universities in China are the important platform forstudents′self-management,independent service and independent education under the leadership of the school party committee,and also the main position of ideological and political education work[1].Based on the AGIL model proposed by the famous American sociologist Tart Parsons,especially with its four functions,adaptation,goalattainment,integration,and latent pattern maintenance,the paper analyzes the construction and development of youth league organizations,and puts forward the strategies for their innovation and development,which has positive and practical significance for ideological and political works.
