摘要
以两所西部地方师范大学为样本,从自我效能感和自尊水平分析贫困大学生非认知能力发展,以及领导力、社会服务和个人兴趣对贫困大学生非认知能力发展的影响。数据分析结果显示:贫困大学生非认知能力发展与非贫困生相比有更大提升,并表现出显著年级差异,没有发现师范与非师范显著的专业差异;其自尊感存在显著的性别和年级差异;个人兴趣、社会服务对于贫困大学生的非认知能力发展有显著影响。
With two western local normal universities as the examples,and from the aspects of self-efficacy and self-esteem,this study analyzesthe development of non-cognitive competence of impoverished college students,and the influence of leadership,social service and personal interests on the competence.The findings of the analysis show that the development of non-cognitive competence of impoverished college students is much higher than that of non-impoverished students,revealing the noticeable grade difference,but no obvious professional differences between students of normal universities and non-normal universities;there are noticeable gender and grade differences in their sense of self-esteem.Personal interest and social service have significant impacts on the development of non-cognitive competence of impoverished college students.
