浙江省以让群众不得病、少生病和就近看得上病、看得好病为目标,以高质量高水平建设健康浙江为主线,创新县域医疗卫生服务体系、管理体制、运行机制和服务模式,构建县域医疗卫生服务共同体,取得了阶段性成果。浙江省委书记车俊日前指出,县域医共体建设是新时代解决基层医疗体制问题的重大探索和突破,是建立新型医疗卫生服务体系的"牛鼻子",是卫生健康领域带有革命性意义的工作。
