摘要 针对现有薄煤层采煤机调高系统大多采用串联式换向阀结构存在的诸多问题,研制出一种新型双向调高阀组,详细介绍了调高阀组的结构特点及其工作原理。该双向调高阀组解决了左右摇臂不能同时调高的问题,实现了手动、自动同时调高和液压制动功能,具有广泛的应用前景。 According to the features of the height-adjusting system of the thin coal seam shearer,a new type bidirectional height-adjusting ganged valves was developed,its structural features and working principle were introduced detailedly.It can solve the problem that the left and right rocking arm cannot height-adjusting at the same time,realize the functions of manual and automatic simultaneous height-adjusting and hydraulic braking,has extensive application prospect.
