摘要
静力学分析无法揭示刮板输送机启动过程中链轮与刮板链之间的相互作用机理的问题。针对这一问题,应用刚体动力学分析软件MSC. ADAMS对启动过程中圆环链的张力进行分析计算,应用瞬态动力学分析软件MSC. DYTRAN对刮板输送机的启动过程进行模拟分析,得出刮板链的实际运行速度曲线和启动过程中链轮关键位置的应变响应。计算结果可以为链轮的优化设计及相关分析提供依据。
Aiming at the prolem that statics analysis can not reveal the mechanism of interaction between sprocket and scraper chain during the starting process of scraper conveyor,rigid body dynamics analysis software MSC.ADAMS has been used to analyze and calculate the tension of the ring chain during the starting process.With the application of transient dynamic analysis software MSC.DYTRAN,the starting process of the scraper conveyor has been simulated and analyzed.The actual running speed curve of the scraper chain and the strain response of the key position for the sprocket during the starting process have been obtained.The calculation results can provide a reference for the optimization design and related analysis of the sprocket.
