摘要
以MG250/600-WD型交流电牵引采煤机为例,对该采煤机的调高油缸进行受力分析,计算出油缸所承受力的大小,再对油缸进行选型和校核计算,最终确定最优方案。该方案计算通过井下实际使用,证明了改进设计后的调高油缸具有很强的适用性,满足了生产需要,该设计对今后其他型号的采煤机调高油缸选型提供了一种方法。
Take the AC traction shearer MG250/600-WD as an example,the force analysis of the height adjusting cylinder of the shearer has been carried out,then the strength of the cylinder has been calculated,then the oil cylinder has been selected and checked,finally the optimal plan has been determined.The scheme has been proved the highly applicability through actual application in underground.The design met the needs of production,and this design also provided a selection method for other types of shearers.
