摘要 针对成庄煤矿液压支架的撤架存在的问题,通过综采工作面撤架工艺研究以及机械手的使用,提出了整体提高综采工作面液压支架的撮除速度,消除了倒架、歪架及抽架断绳的伤人事故,实现安全快速的回撤工作。既实现了工序之间平行作业,又提高了工作效率,取得了良好的效果。 In view of the problems existing in the removal of the hydraulic support of Chengzhuang Coal Mine,through the study of fully mechanized mining face removal technology and the use of mechanical arm,the overall lifting speed of hydraulic support for fully mechanized mining face has been put forward.It eliminated the injury accident caused by falling or tilting of hydraulic support and breaking the rope,and achieved a safe and rapid removal,which not only achieved parallel operation among processes,but also improved work efficiency,and achieved good results.
