摘要
核电汽轮机的润滑油系统会不可避免地漏入空气并形成气泡,这影响了油系统的可靠运行。对核电汽轮机润滑油中气泡的产生现象及负面影响做了简要介绍,并结合润滑油的特性及油中气泡的运动和受力分析,说明了温度、压力及油箱结构等因素对润滑油析气的影响,最后对油系统及设备设计方案提出了优化建议。研究成果可为核电汽轮机润滑油系统的设计优化提供参考。
Since air will inevitably leak into the nuclear turbine lube oil and exist in the form of bubbles,the operation safety of oil system would be affected.The generation phenomenon and negative effect of air bubble in the nuclear turbine lube oil system was briefly presented.Combining with the characteristics of lube oil,the movement process and force analysis of air bubbles,the influence of temperature,pressure and oil tank structure on the bubble evolution in the oil was illustrated,and then some optimization suggestions for the lube oil system and equipment design were proposed.The research results can provide reference for the design optimization of nuclear power turbine lube oil system.
