鄱阳湖区农村水污染治理路径探析

Analysis of the Rural Water Pollution Governance in the Poyang Lake Region

农村水污染治理是鄱阳湖区生态系统稳定的重要举措。现阶段,随着鄱阳湖区农村水污染的加剧,严重影响了鄱阳湖区饮用水源安全和水体平衡,对工农业生产的危害也日益明显。针对这种情况,研究分析鄱阳湖区农村水污染的主要来源,当前鄱阳湖地区农村水污染治理面临着法律规范及制度"缺位"、扶贫政策与环境保护的失衡及农村水污染治理主体多元化与低效化。因此,要通过完善农村水污染治理相关立法、统一管理机制、平衡环保法规与扶贫政策等方面来推进鄱阳湖区农村水污染治理,推动鄱阳湖区农村水环境的改善与治理水平的提高。

rural water pollution control is an important measure to stabilize the ecosystem of the Poyang Lake.At present,with the intensification of water pollution in the rural areas of the Poyang Lake,the drinking water source safety and water balance in the lake area are seriously affected,and the harm to industrial and agricultural production is increasingly obvious.In view of this situation,the main source of rural water pollution in the area is studied and analyzed.At present,the rural water pollution control in the lake area is faced with the"absence"of legal norms and systems,the imbalance between poverty alleviation policies and environmental protection,and the diversification and inefficiency of the main body of rural water pollution control.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the legislation related to rural water pollution control,unify the management mechanism,balance environmental laws and regulations and poverty alleviation policies to push forward the management of rural water pollution in the lake district,and promote the improvement of rural water environment and management level in the lake district.
