摘要
随着人工智能、大数据和"互联网+"的进一步推广,以及智能工业4.0理念的普及,智慧城市建设进入了黄金发展期,作为智慧城市重要组成部分的智慧物流也随之迅速崛起,涌现了大量的物流相关的智能设备、智能客服和智能系统,对物流信息化人才的需求大增。为了更好地发挥普通高校人才培养阵地的重要作用,首先分析了面向智慧城市建设的物流信息化人才培养的特点,然后阐述了物流信息管理课程教学中现存的问题,最后提出了物流信息管理课程教学的改革策略。实践表明,采用该策略对学生进行技能型、操作性、研究型、应用型和复合型等多元化培养,能够有效地提高学生设计与应用物流相关智能系统的能力,从而更好地满足智慧城市建设的需要,具有一定的参考价值。
with the further promotion of artificial intelligence,big data and"Internet plus",and the popularity of smart industrial4concept,smart city construction has entered a golden period of development.As an important part of smart city,smart logistics has experienced a rapid rise.A large number of intelligent equipment related with logistics,intelligent customer service and intelligent system is emerging,and a large number of logistics information talents are needed.In order to give full play to the important role of the talent training position in colleges and universities,the characteristics of the logistics information talent training for the smart city are analyzed,and then the existing problems in the teaching of logistics information management course are expounded.Finally,the reform strategy of the logistics information management course teaching is put forward.The practice shows that the students'ability to design and apply logistics related intelligent system is effectively improved by using this strategy to cultivate the students'skills and operability,and the students of research type,application type and compound type.So the need for smart city construction is better satisfied and it has a definite reference value.
