摘要
采用ICP-AES检测H-ZF类玻璃中锑含量,对共存元素产生的光谱干扰进行校正,并运用离峰扣除背景消除玻璃基体钛铌的干扰。建立简单可靠的分析方法,加标回收率为95%~110%,相对标准偏差≤2%,适合日常的快速分析需要。
An ICP-AES method for the determination of Sb element in H-ZF types optical glass was proposed.The spectral interferences of co-existing elements were corrected and used off-peak subtraction of background to eliminate the interference of glass matrix titanium niobium.The recovery rate was 95%-110%,the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.The proposed analysis method is simple and reliable,can meet the requirement of daily rapid analysis.
