义务教育优质均衡改革发展示范区农村教师专业自我的调查与建议——以江苏省如皋市为例 被引量:4

Investigation and Suggestions on the Professional Self of Rural Teachers in the Quality Balanced Reform and Development Demonstration Area of Compulsory Education

摘要 江苏省实行义务教育优质均衡改革发展示范区建设,有力改善了农村学校办学条件,促进了农村教师的专业发展。然而,作为农村教育主体力量的农村教师是如何体认这一改革的呢?对农村教师专业自我水平的评价无疑是评估这一改革举措的重要指标。通过对如皋市451名农村中小学教师专业自我现状的调查,发现了其中的成绩和问题。针对问题,提出了进一步提升农村教师的社会地位、加大政策扶持力度、优化学校组织氛围、强化专业引领、加强职业信念教育、激励教师的工作动机等建议。 Jiangsu Province has implemented the construction of demonstration zones for the balanced reform and development of compulsory education,which has efifectively improved the conditions for running schools in rural areas and promoted the professional development of rural teachers.However,the evaluation of rural teachers'professional self-level is undoubtedly an important indicator to evaluate this reform.By investigating 451 rural primary and secondary school teachers'professional self-status in Rugao City,a demonstration area of high-quality and balanced reform and development of compulsory education,we found out the achievements and problems.In view of these problems,some sugges-tions are put forward,such as further enhancing the social status of rural teachers,increasing policy support,optimizing school organizational atmosphere,strengthening professional guidance and vocational belief education as well as stimulating teachers'working motivation.
