摘要
以山东外贸职业学院为例,通过构建评价指标体系和综合评价模型,综合评价等级为"良好",同时发现学生的综合素质、学习态度、兼职教师综合素质、教学设备等指标评价结果偏低。对此,高职院校应当通过加强学生思想政治教育、提升教师整体水平、完善高职教育内容、完善教学保障体系等方式提升教育质量。
Taken Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Trade as an example,the construction of evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model shows that its comprehensive evaluation grade is"good".But the index evaluation results of the students)comprehensive quality and learning attitude,the part-time teachers)comprehensive quality and the teaching equipment are low.In view of this,higher vocational colleges should enhance the quality of education by strengthening the students)ideological and political education,improving the overall level of teachers,perfecting the content of higher vocational education and the teaching guarantee system.
