高校师范类汉语言文学专业学生教学技能训练探究

Teaching Skills Training of the Students Majoring in Chinese Language and Literature in Normal Universities

随着素质教育的深入,教育面临深化改革,而改革的实践成效如何,在很大程度上取决于教师的教学能力和综合素养。就高校师范类课程教学而言,其改革创新需要在师范生应用型教学技能训练方面进行深化,基于目前师范类汉语言文学学生教学现状和存在的问题,探究其教学技能的有效途径。

With the deepening of quality education,education is facing deepening reform.The practical effect of the reform depends to a great extent on the teachers!teaching ability and comprehensive accomplishment.As far as the teaching of normal courses in universities is concerned,its reform and innovation needs deepening in the training of applied teaching skills of normal university students.The effective ways of teaching skills are explored in this paper based on the present teaching situation and existing problems of Chinese language and literature students in normal universities.
