摘要
目的利用近红外光谱技术快速建立品牌药品云南白药胶囊的近红外定性鉴别模型,以打击假冒伪劣产品,为净化药品市场提供有力的技术保障。方法采用近红外光谱系统,利用OPUS 5.0光谱分析软件进行处理,采用矢量归一化法,在9963~4200 cm^(-1)谱段范围内建立快速鉴别定性模型。结果建立的近红外光谱定性模型可以快速、准确地判断出云南白药胶囊的真伪。结论此方法建立的品牌模型,能简便、快速、准确的对该品牌药品进行真伪鉴别,并可灵活地应用于日常监督检查过程中的药品快速筛查。
Objective To establish a near-infrared qualitative identification model of brand-based Yunnan Baiyao Capsules rapidly using near-infrared spectroscopy(NIS)technology to crack down counterfeit and sham products and provide a strong technical guarantee for the purification of drug market.Methods By NIS,the OPUS5.0spectral analysis software was used for processing.The qualitative identification model in the spectral range of9963-4200cm-1was rapidly established using vector normalization.Results The established NIS qualitative model can determine the authenticity of Yunnan Baiyao Capsules quickly and accurately.Conclusion The brand model established by this method can verify the authenticity of the drugs easily,quickly and accurately,and can be flexibly applied to the rapid screening of drugs in the daily supervision and inspection process.
