针灸结合推拿和牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果

Effects of acupuncture combined with massage and traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的探讨针灸结合推拿和牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病(CRS)的效果。方法选取2015年12月～2016年12月我院收治的80例CRS患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用针灸配合推拿牵引治疗,对照组采用单纯针灸治疗,疗程2个月,比较两组的临床效果、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、田中靖久颈椎病评分、F波出现率及神经传导速度。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(95.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05)。两组治疗后的VAS明显低于治疗前,治疗组的VAS明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的颈椎病评分明显高于治疗前,治疗组的颈椎病评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的F波出现率、正中神经传导速度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合推拿牵引治疗CRS有显著的临床效果,颈神经受压情况得到明显改善,缓解疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with massage and traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CRS).Methods From December2015to December2016,80patients with CSR in our hospital were selected randomly and divided into therapy group and control group according to random number table method,40cases in each group.The therapy group was treated by Acupuncture combined with Massage and Traction and the control group was treated Acupuncture alone,respectively.After two months follow-up,the clinical efficacy,visual analog scales,Cervical spondylosis score,occurrence rate and nerve conduction velocity of F wave were comparatively analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the therapy group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05).The VAS after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the VAS of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cervical spondylosis after treatment in both groups were higher than those before,and the scores of cervical spondylosis were obviously higher in the therapy group,when comparing with those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of F waves and Median nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Massage and Traction has a high clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,can significantly improve the compression of the cervical nerve,relief the pain,it is worth promoting.
