盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗新生儿肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

目的研究盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗新生儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月来我院就诊的50例新生儿肺炎作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各25例。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在此基础上配合盐酸氨溴索注射液静脉输注联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、平均治疗时间、住院时间和住院费用。结果实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,平均治疗时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可以更好地提高患儿的治疗效果,缩短患儿的平均治疗时间降低其不良反应发生率,可以更好地提高患儿的肺功能,缩短患儿的住院时间降低其住院费用,替患儿的家属减轻负担,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods50children patients with neonatal pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from January2017to January2018were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,25cases in each group.The control group was given regular treatment method.On the basis of this,the children patients in the experimental group were given intravenous infusion of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide Aerosol inhalation for treatment.The treatment effect,mean treatment time,length of hospital stay,and hospitalization costs were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the children patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The mean treatment time and length of stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was also significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection combined with Budesonide Aerosol inhalation treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten the mean treatment time and decrease the incidence rate of adverse reactions in children patients.It can better improve the lung function index of children patients,shorten the length of stay and decrease hospitalization cost,and reduce the burden for the family members of the children patients,so it is worthy of promotion.
