摘要
目的研究白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测对诊断腹腔感染的价值。方法选取我院2017年3月~2018年3月收治的腹腔感染患者160例设为感染组,另选同期于我院体检的健康者40例设为健康组,对所有受检者进行WBC计数、NEU百分比、hs-CRP水平检测,并根据hs-CRP水平将腹腔感染分为A(<10×10~9/L,n=28)、B(≥10×10~9/L、<50×10~9/L,n=40)、C(≥50×10~9/L、<100×10~9/L,n=73)、D(≥100×10~9/L,n=19)四组。比较感染组与健康组WBC计数、NEU百分比、hs-CRP水平。结果感染组WBC计数、NEU百分比、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组。A、B、C、D四组WBC计数、NEU百分比、hs-CRP水平升高发生率均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组WBC计数、NEU百分比升高发生率均<hs-CR升高发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 WBC、NEU、hs-CRP检测均可作为腹腔感染诊断的有效指标,且hs-CRP水平升高最为明显,可联合三项指标检测以提升腹腔感染的诊断效果。
Objective To study the clinical value of detection of white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEU)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in diagnosis of abdominal infection.Methods All of160patients with abdominal infection admitted into our hospital from March2017to March2018were selected as infection group.Another40healthy persons who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as health group.The WBC count,NEU%,hs-CRP level of all selected cases were detected.According to hs-CRP level,all the patients with abdominal infection were divided into A group(<10×109/L,n=28),B group(≥10×109/L,<50×109/L,n=40),,C group(≥50×109/L,<100×109/L,n=73),D group(≥100×109/L,n=19).The WBC count,NEU%,hs-CRP levels were compared between the abdominal infection group and the healthy group.Results The WBC count,NEU%,hs-CRP level in the infection group were higher than those in the health group.WBC count,NEU%and hs-CRP level in group A,B,C and D were higher than those in healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of elevated WBC count and NEU%was lower than that of hs-CR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of WBC,NEU%and hs-CRP can be taken as effective indexes for diagnosis of abdominal infection,and the increase of hs-CRP level was the most obvious.Combined detection of WBC,NEU%and hs-CRP can improve the diagnostic effect of abdominal infection.
