摘要
目的探究医院环境卫生学监测结果及其与医院感染的关系,为临床控制医院感染提供指导。方法以2017年7月~2018年3月我院医护人员手卫生、物体表面、空气、消毒剂、消毒物品、消毒内镜、灭菌剂、灭菌物品、反渗水、透析液、透析用水及输血科冰箱的细菌培养结果为研究对象,对所选研究对象进行采样,并对上述医院环境卫生学监测结果进行分析,探讨医院环境卫生学监测的合格率,并分析合格率和院感率的相关性。结果 2017年7月~2018年3月共采集样本1521份,其中合格标本1487份,总合格率为97.76%,统计发现,2017年7~12月各季度医院环境卫生学监测总合格率呈现逐步上升的趋势,且2017年10~12月医院环境卫生学监测合格率明显高于2017年7~9月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2018年1~3月医院的环境卫生学监测合格率较上两个季度有所降低。随着医院环境卫生学监测总合格率逐渐上升,院感率呈现逐渐下降的趋势,且经Pearson相关性分析显示,医院环境卫生学监测总合格率和院感率成负相关(r=-0.621,P<0.05)。结论医院环境卫生学监测结果和医院感染具有负相关性,进行医院环境卫生学监测可及时发现院内感染的高危因素。为减少医院感染的发生,应加强对医院环境卫生学进行监测,并结合监测结果实施相关的管理措施。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the results of hospital environmental hygiene monitoring and nosocomial infection,and provide guidance for clinical control of nosocomial infections.Methods From July2017to March2018,bacterial culture from the hands of the hospital personnel,object surface,air,disinfectant,disinfected articles,disinfected endoscope,sterilizing agent,sterilized articles,reverse osmosis water,dialysate,dialysis water and refrigerator in the blood transfusion department were selected as the subjects.The samples from above-mentioned subjects and analyzed the hospital environmental hygiene monitoring were collected,the qualification rate of hospital environmental hygiene monitoring were investigated,and the correlation between the qualification rate and nosocomial infection rate were analyzed.Results From July2017to March2018,a total of1521samples were collected,including1487qualified specimens accounting for97.76%.Statistics show that the total qualification rate of the hospital environmental hygiene monitoring increased generally from July2017to December2017.The qualification rate of the hospital environmental hygiene monitoring from October to December in2017was higher compared with that from July to September in2017,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But from January to March in2018,the qualification rate was a bit decrease compared with that in the above two seasons.The total qualification rate of the hospital environmental hygiene monitoring increased gradually,and nosocomial infection rate was in a descending tendency with a negative correlation between the two using correlation analysis by Pearson correlation analysis(r=-0.621,P<0.05).Conclusion The results of hospital environmental hygiene monitoring are negatively correlated with nosocomial infection.The hospital environmental sanitation monitoring can detect the high risk factors of nosocomial infection in time.To reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,the hospital environmental hygiene should be strengthened and corresponding management measures be carried out combined with monitoring results.
