综合医院医生学习辨证分型治疗慢性便秘的方法初探

Study on the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic constipation in general hospital

慢性便秘在综合医院的就诊患者中十分常见,然而西医治疗慢性便秘的方法有限,如果能将中医的辨证论治运用于综合医院,将能提高疗效,使患者受益。准确的辨证分型是提高疗效的关键。本研究旨在探讨综合医院医生学习和掌握中医辨证分型治疗慢性便秘的方法。通过对照学习慢性便秘的西医指南和中医诊疗共识意见,找到二者之间的共同点与不同点,以讲座、讨论、测试的方式学习中医基础理论,以不同类型便秘的主症与次症为切入点,学习慢性便秘的中医辨证分型,并制订简便易行的便秘问卷用于临床,帮助医生准确分型,根据指南推荐选用不同的中成药治疗。多数便秘患者症状明显缓解,满意度提高。因此,西医医生通过学习可以掌握慢性便秘的辨证分型,初步实现慢性便秘的中西医结合治疗。

Chronic constipation is very common in the general hospital.However,the treatment of chronic constipation is limited by western medicine.If the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment can be applied to the general hospital,the curative effect can be improved and the patients will benefit.Accurate syndrome differentiation is the key to improve the curative effect.The purpose of this study is to explore how doctors in general hospitals learn and master TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic constipation.Compared with the western medicine guide of chronic constipation and the consensus opinion on diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine,the common points and different points between the two were found,learn basic theories of Chinese medicine through lectures,discussions and tests.The TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic constipation was studied with the main and secondary symptoms of different types of constipation,and a simple and easy constipation questionnaire was developed to help the doctors to classify them accurately.Different Chinese patent medicines are recommended according to the guide.The symptoms of most constipation patients were significantly relieved and satisfaction improved.Therefore,western medicine doctors can grasp the syndrome differentiation type of chronic constipation through learning,and initially achieve the treatment of chronic constipation with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
