共情护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

目的全面分析共情护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治的120例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组(59例)与研究组(61例)。对照组产妇接受常规护理,研究组产妇在常规护理基础上加用共情护理,比较两组产妇护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、护理总满意度及生活质量评分。结果研究组产妇的护理总满意度(95.08%)高于对照组(79.66%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇护理前的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组产妇护理后的SAS评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇护理后的SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上对剖宫产产妇提供共情护理,有助于改变患者心理变化,提高生活质量及护理总满意度,效果显著,值得使用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of empathy nursing in cesarean section.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of cesarean section from January2017to January2018in our hospital were selected as objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(59cases)and study group(61cases).The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given empathy nursing on the basis of the routine care.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,total nursing satisfaction and scores of life quality after nursing between the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction in the study group(95.08%)was higher than that in the control group(79.66%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS scores before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS scores after nursing in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS after nursing in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathy nursing in cesarean section on the basis of routine nursing helps to change the psychological changes of patients,improve the quality of life and total nursing satisfaction.The effect is significant and worthy of application.
