摘要
物业管理是我国的新兴产业,物业管理小区是有别于社区的特殊组织形式,小区消费形成了一种崭新的消费形式和消费力量。通过对这种消费的概念及其性质进行探讨,提出加强物业小区建设的建议,使之在扩大消费需求中发挥更大作用。
Property manage-ment is a new industry in ourcountry. With the Property man-agement community becoming aspecial form of organization differ-ent from the common community,property management communityconsumption becomes a new formand strength of consumptionsubjects. Based on this, the paperproposes that the construction ofproperty management communityshould be intensified further to playa greater role in consumptiondemand.
