针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病伴重度睡眠障碍的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment of Nerve Root Type of Cervical Spondylosis with Severe Sleep Disorder

目的:分析针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病伴重度睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年10月福州市中医院收治的神经根型颈椎病伴重度睡眠障碍的患者118例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组59例,并分别给予推拿治疗和推拿+针灸治疗,比较2组的治疗效果、睡眠质量、颈椎病疼痛评分及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗效果、睡眠质量及颈椎病疼痛评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);但2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病伴重度睡眠障碍的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with severe sleep disorder.Methods:From October2016to October2017,118cases of cervical spondylopathy with severe sleep disorder were randomly divided into control group and observation group,59cases in each group,and treated with massage and acupuncture respectively.The therapeutic effect,sleep quality,pain score of cervical spondylosis and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect,sleep quality and pain score of cervical spondylosis in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with severe sleep disorder has remarkable clinical effect and is worth popularizing.
