分析老年高血压病患者睡眠障碍的相关影响因素和护理效果

Analysis the Related Factors and Nursing Effect of Sleep Disturbance in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:分析老年高血压病患者睡眠障碍的相关影响因素和护理效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年8月西安市东方医院收治的患者88例,所有患者均为高血压患者,根据患者的入院时间将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行针对护理,调查影响患者睡眠质量的因素,并对2组患者疗效进行比较。结果:生理、心理以及环境因素是影响老年高血压患者睡眠质量的主要因素,观察组患者的临床疗效较之对照组要更好,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:临床护理中应针对生理、心理以及环境因素对患者进行有效的护理能够有效地改善患者的临床症状,具有临床意义,值得推广使用。

Objective: Analyze the related factors and nursing effect of sleep disturbance in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 88 patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 with hypertension were enrolled. According to the patient’ s admission time, the patients were divided into an observation group and control group. The control group give routine care,the observation group give conducted nursing. To investigate the factors affecting the sleep quality of the patients and compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: Physiological,psychological and environmental factors were the main factors affecting the sleep quality of elderly patients with hypertension. The clinical efficacy of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The effective nursing for patients with physical,psychological and environmental factors in clinical nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients. It has clinical significance and is worth promoting.
