丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂减轻由腺样体肥大影响小儿睡眠症状的效果研究

Effect of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray on Reducing Sleep Symptoms in Children Affected by Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的:研究丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗由腺样体肥大影响小儿睡眠症状的效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年6月冠县人民医院收治的腺样体肥大患儿40例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组施予生理盐水治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上施予丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较2组患儿的腺样体体积变化、睡眠症状评分。结果:经过治疗后,观察组的腺样体体积及睡眠症状均有明显改善且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾治疗由腺样体肥大影响小儿睡眠症状的疗效显著,且能够显著改善患儿睡眠症状,减小腺样体体积,因此,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To study the effect of fluticasone propionate nasal spray on sleep symptoms of children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods:From January2016to June2018,40children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=20).The observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray on the basis of control group.The changes of adenoid volume and sleep symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the adenoid volume and sleep symptoms of the observation group were significantly improved and better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of sleep symptoms of children affected by adenoid hypertrophy is significant,and it can significantly improve sleep symptoms and reduce the volume of adenoids in children.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
