多功能颈椎保健枕对脊椎病患者变形颈椎复位及睡眠质量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究多功能颈椎保健枕联合推拿治疗对脊椎病患者变形颈椎复位及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年6月期间深圳市中医院收治的颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者。对照组所有患者实施推拿治疗,观察组实施推拿治疗的同时进行多功能颈椎保健枕干预。结果:2组患者治疗后睡眠质量评价结果比较,由评价结果数据可以看出,观察组睡眠各项指标评分均低于对照组,睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组患者变形颈椎复位状况比较,对照组优19例,良11例,差10例,优良率为75. 00%,观察组优25例,良13例,差2例,优良率为95. 00%,优良率比较观察组优于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:多功能颈椎保健枕联合推拿治疗能够显著该站脊椎病患者的颈椎变形状况,对颈椎复位有重要的矫正支持作用,并且获得了满意的治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。 Objective:To explore the effect of multi-functional cervical health care pillow massage on deformed cervical spine reduction and sleep quality in patients with spondylosis.Methods:A Total of80patients with cervical spondylosis admitted by our hospital during the period from June2016to June2017were selected as study objects.All the patients in the control group were treated with tuina,while the patients in the study group were treated with tuina and multifunctional cervical vertebral health care pillow intervention.Results:The results of sleep quality evaluation were compared between the two groups.According to the evaluation results,the sleep quality of the study group was lower than that of the control group and the sleep quality was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were19excellent cases,11good cases and10poor cases in the control group.The excellent rate was75.00%,25good cases in the study group,13good cases and2poor cases.The excellent rate was95.00%,and the excellent rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-functional treatment of cervical vertebra health care pillow combined with massage can significantly improve the deformation of the cervical vertebra of the patients with spondylosis at this station,which has important corrective support for the reduction of cervical vertebra,and has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect,which is of clinical value.
