不同护理干预措施对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量的效果评价

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Sleep Quality of Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:探讨不同护理干预措施对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年4月至2017年12月福建省龙岩市第二医院收治的食管癌患者术后患者300例,按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组和优化睡眠护理组,每组150例。常规护理干预组采用遵医护理,优化睡眠护理干预组采用优化睡眠质量服务措施。比较2组满意度;日均睡眠的时间、术后住院的日数;护理前后睡眠的质量指标以及免疫功能指标;食管癌术后相关并发症发生率。结果:优化睡眠护理干预组满意程度、睡眠的质量指标以及免疫功能指标、日均睡眠的时间、术后住院的日数、食管癌术后相关并发症发生率方面与常规护理干预组比较更有优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:食管癌术后患者实施优化睡眠质量服务措施效果确切。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative sleep quality of patients with e-sophageal cancer.Methods:A total of300postoperative patients with esophageal cancer from April2015to December2017in Longyan Second Hospital of Fujian were collected,grouped by the digital table method,followed medical care in the routine nursing intervention group,and optimized sleep quality service measures in the sleep nursing intervention group.The satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Average daily sleep time and number of days in hospital after operation;Quality index and immune function index of sleep before and after nursing;The incidence of related complications after esophageal cancer.Results:Compared with the conventional intervention group,the optimized sleep care intervention group had more advantages in terms of satisfaction degree,sleep quality index and immune function index,average sleep time,postoperative days in hospital,and incidence of related complications after esophageal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to optimize the quality of sleep after esophagectomy.
