As an important part of fixed asset investment,the management concept applied in project management is not only related to the qualityand level of projectmanagement,but also has an important impact on the development ofChina's fixed asset investment projects.Based on this,the paper takes the application ofmodern projectmanagement concept in themanagement ofmajor national fixed assets investment project as the main subject content,the purpose of this paper is to provide some reference suggestions for the research of fixed assets investment project management,andpromote the development of fixedassets investment industryinChina.
