近年来,伴随着我国社会经济的快速增长,我国的房地产事业也取得了阶段性发展,作为我国的一项支柱型产业,房地产行业的发展推动了我国国民经济的增长。但从我国房地产当前所处的市场环境来看,房地产企业在内部控制管理方面存在较多问题,这对我国房地产行业的进一步发展带来了严峻考验。论文针对当前房地产内部控制中存在的问题进行了阐述,并对此提出了几点应对对策。

In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's social economy,China's real estate industry has also achieved staged development.Asapillar industryin China,the development of the real estate industryhaspromoted the growth ofChina'snational economy.However,in viewof themarket environment inwhich real estate is currentlylocated,real estate companieshavemanyproblems in internal controlmanagement,which has brought severe challenges to the further development ofChina's real estate industry.This paper expounds the problems existing in the current real estate internal control,andputs forwardsome countermeasures.
