In the process of continuous urbanization,new requirements for construction projects have been put forward,and improving the construction management level of construction projects has become particularly important and crucial,which has become one of the topics of common concern within the construction enterprises.Through strengthening the constructionmanagement of the construction project,we can promote the smooth progress of the construction project,provide favorable conditions for improving the construction quality of the whole project,and prevent the emergence of hidden safety risks,maintain the personal safety of construction personnel,thus to promote the health development of construction enterprises.This paper mainly studies the countermeasures for improving the construction management of constructionprojects,for reference.
