Research on the Schedule Management of Engineering Project Based on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method

施工项目的进度管理是项目实施重点,论文以XX项目为例,结合风险管理相关理论分析影响施工进度的指标,结合层次分析法设计指标权重,利用模糊综合评价方法建立建筑施工项目进度模型,计算项目某一施工阶段的合理工期,识别影响项目进度的因素,达到合理优化工程进度的目的。

Schedule management of construction project is the key of project implementation.The paper takes XX project as the example,analyzes the indexes affecting the construction schedule based on the risk management theory.And the schedule model of construction project is established by using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,so as to calculate the reasonable time limit for a certain construction stage of a project,identify the factors affecting the project schedule,and optimize the project schedule.
