党的十九大针对依法治国提出一系列针对性决议,其中针对性提出国家发展过程中急需专业性法律人才,需要在未来几年中加大培养和建设力度,为依法治国建设一支综合素质较高的法学人才队伍,为祖国依法治国伟大项目发挥自己的力量,为实现两个一百年奋斗目标而努力。这一决定在国内法学界引起强烈的轰动,各大高校积极响应号召,认真落实各项任务目标。但实践中如何引导准大学生认识法学学科,树立法学意识,培养法学思维引起人们的广泛关注。论文旨在探讨法学中国化现象,为准大学生提供可借鉴的方向。

The 19thCPCNational Congress has put forward a series of targeted resolutions on governing the country according to law,among which,it points out the urgent need for specialized legal personnel in the course of national development.It is necessary to strengthen the training and construction in the next fewyears,build a teamof lawtalentswith high comprehensive qualityfor governing the countryaccording to law,give full playtothegreat project of rulingthe countryaccordingto law,andstrive to realize the two centenarygoals.Thisdecision has caused a strong stir in the domestic legal circles.Universities and colleges have responded positively to the call and conscientiously implemented the objectives of various tasks.However,in the practice,how to guide the prospective college students to understand the subject of law,to establish the consciousness of law,and to cultivate the thinking of law have aroused people's widespread concern.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the phenomenonof the localization of lawinChina,andtoprovide reference for theprospective college students.
