变频技术在皮带输送机改造中的应用

为了实现胶带输送机运输效率提高,运输成本降低,论文针对胶带输送机液压耦合器的启动方式中所存在的不足之处以及采用变频调速技术的优势展开分析。在对三种变频调速方案进行详细分析之后优化主从控制变频调速方案。论文主要研究如何优化输送机启动方案,来实现在矿井运输过程中达到更高的自动化程度,以及降低运输过程中的用电成本。

In order to improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the transportation cost of belt conveyor,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the starting mode of hydraulic coupler of the belt conveyor,and the advantages of adopting the variable velocity variable frequencytechnology.After the detailed analysis of three kinds of variable frequency speed control schemes,themaster-slave control scheme of variable frequency speed regulation is optimized.The papermainly studies howto optimize the starting scheme of conveyor,so as to achieve a higher automation degree inthe courseofmine transportation,and reduce the costof electricityinthe course of transportation.
