摘要
在食品检验中充分应用现代生物技术,能够有效提高食品检验检测水平,为食品监督与管理工作提供先进的技术保障。论文对我国食品工业领域中生物技术的应用现状进行了分析,对食品检验中生物技术的种类进行了论述,并进一步探讨了食品检验中生物技术的具体应用,以供相关人员参考。
