摘要
车门铰链作为汽车车门的关键部件,其静刚度特性直接关系到汽车行驶过程中乘客的安全。开发一种改进型的车门铰链,采用有限元分析得到其在纵向、横向和垂直载荷下的位移分布云图,并计算得到对应的刚度值。结果表明:该结构能够满足设计要求。
As a key component,the static stiffness of the door hinge is directly related to the safety of passengers in the process of driving.By developing a new type of door hinge,the finite element analysis was used to obtain the displacement distribution under the longitudinal,transverse and vertical load.The corresponding stiffness values were calculated.The results show that the structure can meet the design requirement.
